Urgent Hiring: CRCC – Al Mashaaer Al Mugaddassah Metro Maintenance Project

China Railway Construction Corporation (CRCC), a global leader in infrastructure and engineering, is urgently seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join their high-profile metro maintenance project in Makkah. This crucial role is dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of safety and service excellence throughout the contract lifecycle (2026-2030).

Key Responsibilities:

• QMS Implementation: Establish and continuously improve the project's Quality Management Plan (QMP) in adherence to ISO 9001 and SAR requirements.

• Site Inspection: Lead quality control and joint completion acceptances across Track, Rolling Stock, Signaling, and MEP systems.

• NCR Management: Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and track Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).

• Auditing: Conduct rigorous quality audits of material suppliers and local maintenance subcontractors.

• Coordination: Serve as the primary quality interface with SAR and independent consultants.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Railway Engineering, Quality Management, or related discipline.

• Experience: 8 to 10 Years of total experience, with at least 3 years as a Quality Manager/Lead in the railway or metro sector.

• Standards: Deep understanding of ISO 9001 auditing, EN Standards, and RAMS principles. Certified Lead Auditor is highly preferred.

• Language: Excellent command of written and verbal English.

• Location: Makkah, Saudi Arabia (On-Site).
