Urgent Vacancies: FEMCO (Faisal Electro-Mechanical Co.) – Riyadh, KSA

A leading MEP contractor executing some of the Kingdom’s most prestigious infrastructure and Giga projects is expanding its specialized close-out teams in Riyadh. They are seeking experienced professionals to lead and support their Project Handover & Testing/Commissioning operations.

Available Positions:

  • Handover Engineer – Architecture

  • Handover Engineer – Civil & Structural

  • Handover Engineer – Electrical & ELV

  • Handover Engineer – Mechanical

  • Handover Lead Engineer

  • Testing & Commissioning (T&C) Lead Engineer

Candidate Requirements:

  • Project Scope: Proven experience working on mega projects or fast-track developments.

  • Specialization: Strong background in Handover procedures, Testing & Commissioning, and formal project close-out.

  • Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of the Saudi Building Code (SBC), QA/QC standards, and multidisciplinary engineering coordination.

  • Preferred: Direct experience working on KSA Giga Projects (such as Qiddiya, Diriyah, NEOM, or The Red Sea) is highly preferred.
