Urgent Hiring: MEP Electrical Supervisor – Facilities Management

BMCO-FM is currently seeking an experienced MEP Electrical Supervisor for a reputed client in Jeddah. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in Operations & Maintenance (O&M) within well-established organizations.

Job Overview

• Position: MEP Electrical Supervisor

• Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

• Salary: SAR 4,000 – 4,500 (Based on experience)

• Benefits: Accommodation and transportation provided by the company.

• Working Hours: 9 hours/day (1 day off per week).

Key Responsibilities

• Operations & Maintenance: Supervise daily MEP activities (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, ELV) and manage Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules.

• Troubleshooting: Resolve faults in systems such as chillers, pumps, DBs, and lighting.

• Team Leadership: Manage technicians and subcontractors, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.

• Safety & Compliance: Implement Permit to Work (PTW) systems and ensure adherence to Civil Defense and local authority regulations.

• Reporting: Maintain maintenance logs and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for management.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Diploma.

• Experience: 5–8 years in MEP maintenance or facility management.

• Skills: Strong knowledge of MEP systems, fluent in English, and excellent problem-solving skills.

• Status: Must be currently in Saudi Arabia with a Transferable Iqama (Mandatory).

• Availability: Immediate joiners only (within 1–2 days after selection).
